We found out just yesterday afternoon that our usual meeting on Monday 1st January could not take place as the caterer was unable to offer his services.
The Hall is available two weeks later, and we have obtained an urgent dispensation from Province to hold our meeting on MONDAY 15 JANUARY, after first ensuring that our wonderful bagpiper would be able to accommodate this. Please put this date in your diary now and inform any invited and regular visitors of the change, as the meeting will be our usual haggis spectacular. A summons will be available shortly.
Please also be informed that since we do not have a ceremony or work to rehearse, the WM has suggested that we cancel the usual bimonthly next Monday, December the 18th. A bimonthly meeting in January will be held on MONDAY 22 JANUARY.
